En esta\nsegunda actividad les queremos proponer una revisi\u00f3n de planeamiento\nestrat\u00e9gico que es uno de los principales temas vistos durante el segundo a\u00f1o\nde estudios en esta instituci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s destacamos el an\u00e1lisis del entorno de\nlar organizaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PLANEAMIENTO\nESTRATEGICO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

El\nplaneamiento estrat\u00e9gico es un proceso por el cual los empresarios definen el\nmodelo de negocio a seguir a trav\u00e9s de investigaciones sobre diferentes\nfactores: la situaci\u00f3n de mercado, las necesidades de los consumidores, las\ncondiciones sociopol\u00edticas, legales, econ\u00f3micas, el desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico.\nEsto le permite identificar las fortalezas y debilidades competitivas que posee\nla empresa para poder utilizar as\u00ed los recursos disponibles anticipando las\noportunidades y amenazas que puedan presentarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Planificar estrat\u00e9gicamente significa obtener informaci\u00f3n del entorno definir la misi\u00f3n, establecer objetivos y especificar las estrategias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
