Los\ndesacuerdos en torno a c\u00f3mo organizar el pa\u00eds hicieron de este per\u00edodo una\netapa complicada y llena de incertidumbres. No obstante, una fr\u00e1gil uni\u00f3n entre\nlas provincias subsist\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de pactos y tratados.
